Rebecca Torres, Director of Social Services at Phelps House/Goddard Riverside in New York. Rebecca is currently managing the social services office at Phelps House, which provides 167 apartment units of affordable housing to older adults and people with mobility disabilities. Ms. Torres is responsible for supervising a small team of social workers and support staff.  The program’s goal is to provide social services that enable our clients to safely remain in independent housing for as long as possible.
