The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-long professional development program for people who are working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to energy and the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender.
The CSP program gives access to an integrated leadership curriculum and individualized coaching throughout the fellowship. Fellows return home to apply their new skills through a community action project.
This is also the opportunity for IFS members to be matched to Settlement and Neighbourhood Houses in the US where they complete a four-month, hands-on professional experience.
The IREX, IFS partner in the USA conducts the program. This program opens the door to community leaders/activists from around the world to the international network.
