The study visits organized by the IFS member organizations and partners in Europe continue. The IFS Fostering Social Justice is a project run by the IFS Network in 2021-2024 and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

The purpose of this project is to enhance cooperation between the IFS members around innovative practices in adult non-formal education and to influence international institutions on active citizenship, migrant integration and social inclusion.

The professionals and volunteers recruited and called “participants” started their first study visits in September 2021. Since then, there have been 6 study visits in Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, France and now Spain. The IFS member organization in Italy, ARCS Culture Solidali will organize the Capitalization seminar from November 30 to December 2, 2021. During this seminar, the participants in study visits from different countries will meet to write common learning and recommendations for the project. The goal is to influence work about social justice within the IFS Network.

Further in the project, an E-platform will host all the good practices, experiences and more knowledge acquired during this process. More information about the project, its background and the countries involved is available here.
