We are thrilled to announce that Setlementtiasunnot’s Alppikylä community in Helsinki has won the prestigious NBO Housing Award for the best residential area in the Nordics. This recognition highlights the organization’s commitment to fostering community spirit and addressing segregation in housing services. Setlementtiasunnot’s CEO, Suvi Tuomala, expressed her gratitude, emphasizing the importance of affordable housing in promoting well-being.
