Join us in welcoming Aleksandra Kozyra, the Head of Capacity-Building at the European Association for the Education of Adults in Brussels. Aleksandra’s role extends beyond coordinating training programs and conferences; she is the driving force behind the impactful podcast ‘Beyond Learning,’ where she explores the transformative power of education in shaping lives and communities.
With a background as a language teacher from the University of Warsaw and a recent certification as a literacy trainer from Lire et Ecrire Belgium, Aleksandra brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
Aleksandra firmly believes that “Social justice is at the centre of adult learning and lifelong learning. You can’t ensure equal access to learning and education without also identifying and removing the barriers that lock adults out of learning opportunities.”
