Yalla Trappan is an NGO, a work-integration social enterprise, and a women’s cooperative in Rosengård, Malmö. It targets middle-aged immigrant women with limited Swedish language skills, and the goal is to integrate them into society through vocational training and to raise their self-esteem. The tool below provides a clear view of this innovative approach and the methodology used to achieve this activity’s goals.
